For 21 Days you will focus on your nutrition and exercise. How is that done?
Each 21 Day package comes with a book, containers and exercise DVD's.
Containers:
There are 7 containers. Each of them are color coded and precisely measured to be the right portion size.
- Red~protein
- Green~vegetables
- Purple~fruit
- Yellow~carbs
- Blue~healthy fats
- Orange~seeds and dressings.
Some you will get to use a few times a day depending upon your daily calorie intake bracket.
So for example, I could make a taco salad tonight (my favorite!!), and use the containers to add lettuce and tomato, two taco shells, taco meat, Greek yogurt, and cheese. That adds up to 2 green, 1 yellow, 1 red, 1 orange, and 1 blue.
If it fits in the container, you get to use it. If it doesn't, save it for the next day.
No more measuring or "eyeballing" what your portion size needs to be!
Book:
- The book explains how to calculate what your daily nutritional calorie intake should be. It also goes into what foods should be in each container. So in the green container would be listed romaine lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers, or even carrots.
- The book also talks about how to get in your daily water intake, and some suggestions to adding in fruits to make it taste yummy!
- The book gives recipes too!
Exercise DVD's:
Each weekday has a different workout that you repeat for the three weeks.

My experience? I started in August, weighing 190 pounds. That's a lot on a 5'2" frame. I had gained it due to some injuries. I was super excited, but was worried that I'd be hungry.
